Putting a stake through its heart yet again

SCO has, once again, failed to demonstrate that it even owns the right to Unix. (Much less has any grounds for suing the Linux world for copyright infringement.) This *should* kill the company off, once and for all. But I've seen that predicted so many times that it feels like the old Hammer Dracula flicks -- each time a jury slams home the stake, some investor comes along, pulls it out, and the company rises once again from the dead.

I still find it a pity -- once upon a time, many (*many*) years ago, SCO was kind of a useful company that produced some decent software. But its current form has failed so incompetently so many times that it feels more like a bad Buffy vampire than Christopher Lee...
