Poll: Ongoing professional self-education

I was reflecting today about how much work time I spend just *learning* stuff. As far as I'm concerned, that isn't optional: the programming business will happily steamroller you if you don't work hard to keep up with it, so I spend a considerable amount of time learning random programming languages and such, as well as the enormous amount I spend reading into new technologies for what I'm going to do next. (For instance, I spent nearly the entire past week teaching myself a new language and a new software package.) This leads me to be curious about how much time others spend in this. So let's have a poll!
Poll #1310015 How much professional education do you do?

On average, how much time per workday would you say that you spend on professional self-education -- keeping up and *learning* stuff, as opposed to *doing* stuff? If you do big educational conferences and such, try to average that time in. Only count time that has something to do with your career(s) -- that is, ways in which you make money or intend to -- but stuff that isn't directly related to your current job(s) is fair game. If you do it on weekends, average that into your work week. Yes, there is a lot of ambiguity here: interpret as you will, and comment below.

Not much
2(7.7%)
0-30 minutes
6(23.1%)
30-60 minutes
7(26.9%)
60-90 minutes
1(3.8%)
90-120 minutes
4(15.4%)
Over two hours
6(23.1%)

What fraction of that is directly related to your current job(s) (as opposed to more generally relevant to your career)?

Less than a quarter
4(16.0%)
A quarter to a half
8(32.0%)
A half to three-quarters
8(32.0%)
More than three-quarters
5(20.0%)

How much of that is purely self-directed learning, and how much is in formal classes?

More or less entirely self-directed
19(73.1%)
Mostly self-directed, but I also do some classes
3(11.5%)
About even
3(11.5%)
Mostly in classes, but I also do some on my own
1(3.8%)
Pretty much entirely in classes
0(0.0%)
