Thanks to scatoday for this one: the Dictionary of the Scots Language is now online. What makes this particularly cool is that it includes not just the relatively current Scottish National Dictionary, but also the Dictionary of the Older Scottish Tongue. The latter appears to be the OED-equivalent for Scottish, with word derivations and dated citations going back to the earliest known uses of a word.
